Hey, y'all! So I haven't really done an update in a long time, and I felt like it was time for one since there are probably going to be some schedule changes as far as when posts will go up. I'm also planning to change around what series are posted and when.
First-off, I figured I should discuss something I've been adding to the end of my posts lately-- for the last couple months, I've been making YouTube videos! My YouTube channel is almost solely about books (surprise, surprise). If you'd like to check it out, you can do so here: My Youtube Channel
I'm planning to suspend a couple series that have been regulars on my blog. The first is my One Day Tumblr Challenges. This one is being suspended for the simple reason that I've run out of Tumblr Challenges that actually interested me. If you look back, it's probably been 5-6 months since a challenge that I did was actually a Tumblr challenge. I've tried finding new ones that looked interesting, but I just haven't been able to find any. If I happen to come across another one that I really want to do, I will definitely do it. However, these will no longer be regularly scheduled posts on my blog.
The second series that I plan to bring to suspend is my Secret Lightning Scar Fan-Fiction. I started re-working this fan-fiction at the beginning of last year because I hadn't written in a while and wanted to get back into it by forcing myself to write every other week. The plan was to work on it throughout the two-week period so that it would be well-written and how I really wanted it. However, I just ended up writing it the night before it was posted and it completely destroyed my Friday nights (not like I had anything actually exciting going on, but I had to bail on dinner out with friends a couple times). I'm not happy with the way several of the chapters turned out, even though it did flesh the story out a little. Anyway, it did get me back into writing, so it did its job. It's a pain to write and post, and it's not an incredibly popular series on my blog. So plain and simple, I'm not going to be writing any more. If there's a high demand for more, I might possibly write more. But other than that, it's finished.
What is becoming a regular series, however, are my book posts. Which probably isn't a surprise, because that's what most of my posts have been about as of late. However, they've been kinda over-running my blog, and I realize that. So I plan on making it a regularly scheduled series, once a week.
Speaking of schedules, I have created a tentative schedule:
Blog schedule:
1st/3rd Tuesday of the month-- CDs On My Shelf post
1st/3rd Thursday of the month-- Random post
2nd/4th Tuesday of the month-- Book post
2nd/4th Thursday of the month-- Random post
Every Saturday-- Project Runway designer rankings post
YouTube schedule:
Sunday or Monday-- Random video. Day of the week depends on whether or not I'm doing T5W that week.
Wednesday or Thursday-- Top 5 Wednesday video. Random video on Thursday if I don't do a Top 5 Wednesday.
I really like this schedule right now, and so I hope to keep to it going forward.
So, that's all I really had for today's post! Check out my links below!
Thanks for reading! If you like my posts, I'd really appreciate if you'd subscribe/follow so that I know you're enjoying what I'm posting! See y'all soon!

Schedule Update/ Coming Soon...
Hey, y'all! So I just wanted to update y'all on the blog's schedule now that I'm back in class and trying to juggle everything I'm doing. And give another fun blog update that I just recently decided to do.
I'm not going to give y'all a full run-down of everything I'm doing this semester, because it might make your head spin. It's a lot. Junior year in high school was a lot of work, so I can't even imagine how much work Junior year of college is about to be.
Anyway, because of my crazy schedule, I'm going to have to be more flexible about my blog posts, because I won't always be able to get one up on the same days. My normal series will be returning, and hopefully I'll also be able to throw in some extras. So here's my tentative schedule.
The CDs On My Shelf- These will be up on the 1st and 3rd Monday or Wednesday of the month, as well as on the occasional 5th Monday/Wednesday of the month.
One Day Tumblr Challenges- These will get posted on the 1st and 3rd Friday or Saturday of the month.
The Secret Lightning Scar- Chapters of this (my HP Fanfic!) will get posted on the 2nd and 4th Friday or Saturday of the month.
The 2nd and 4th Monday or Wednesday posts will be random posts.... maybe bookish, maybe completely random.
All of this is really tentative... I don't even know if I'm going to have time for all of these posts, but I'm going to try to post stuff, which is why I've organized my schedule the way that I have.
Hopefully, if all goes well, there will be a new post up on Monday. It will be the last post which doesn't follow the schedule that I just laid out. It was summer related, so I wanted to get it out ASAP.

Music!
I'm bringing back something that I had on one of my blogs back when I had separate blogs for each of my series. On my CDs On My Shelf blog, I had a side-bar with the songs that I had been listening to on repeat, and kept it pretty updated. I'm not quite sure why I didn't keep that for this blog, but for some reason I didn't. Anyway, if you look on the left side of the screen, somewhere over there, you'll find the Stuck On Repeat section, which is the music that I've been listening to non-stop lately.
Don't forget that I've created a Facebook page for my blog! If you want to check that out and like it, you can click HERE. I'll try to keep that pretty up-to-date with new posts and such.
Thanks for reading this! If you like my posts, don't forget to subscribe/follow, since it lets me know that you're enjoying what I'm doing. See y'all soon!

Construction on From Kristen's Brain...
Hey, y'all! Just wanted to quickly update you on some changes that will be going on later. These aren't going to effect your ability to read my blog in any way, BUT it should improve your experience on my blog. I decided that I need to fiddle around with colors and layouts, because, in my opinion, there's a bit too much black. Which makes sense, because I love me some black! But, I digress. Today, the blog is going to have a major overhaul, and hopefully it'll look totally different tomorrow when you read my Project Runway review.
ALSO!
OK, pseudo blogging schedule for the next few weeks.
MONDAYS: Whodunnit? review. I believe we have 3 episodes left, so it should get interesting!
THURSDAYS: This will *hopefully* be when I post my weekly Project Runway designers list. I'm working on the first one now, and it'll be done probably by Saturday, so I'll probably post the first one this Saturday, but every one after that will be on Thursdays.
FRIDAYS: Project Runway review. It'll be on time from now on :)
I also write a blog called "The CDs On My Shelf," which is basically a review of all the CDs I own. I've never set a schedule for this, but I do plan on setting one. Most likely, once I get back to school, I'll get a schedule for this one, since I'll have a better idea on when I will and won't be able to write blogs. If you want to check out The CDs On My Shelf, just click here. I have a pretty interesting and odd taste in music, so you never know what might pop up on there.
Once Whodunnit? finishes for the season (and possibly forever, if it has continued not getting many viewers), Mondays will probably be dedicated to random posts that I've been wanting to do. Currently, I'm working on a laundry list review of all the horror movies I've seen. It'll probably have to be broken up into a few posts.
Also, once Project Runway wraps for the season (a few months from now, I know!), would anyone like to see me review past seasons? I posted about this the other day and didn't get any feedback. I love comments, I promise! It gives me this warm fuzzy feeling when I know someone likes what I'm doing!!!
So, that's my little mini update for today. Check back tomorrow for my review of Project Runway Season 12's 3rd episode! Looks like it's going to be a fun, crazy, unconventional episode, full of more of Timothy's favorite UNICORNS! See y'all tomorrow!
